Eskrima or escrima refers to a class of Filipino martial arts that emphasize weapon-based fighting with the stick, staff or knife. Alternative terms which have entered into common usage include kali and arnis
ESKRIDO / PANGAMOT
A version of Cacoy Doce Pares, is a combination of Eskrima, Aikido and Judo. It features standard eskrima stick techniques mixed with Jujitsu-style locks and throws that utilize the stick. The stickwork shows a strong sword influence, and the sword, knife, and other weapons are also taught. It was founded by Ciriaco 'cacoy' Canete. The art was established in 1951.
DUMOG
Dumog is the term used in Eskrima to refer to wrestling techniques in Filipino wrestling. Buno is the term typically used in Luzon, specifically in the Southern Tagalog provinces as far south as Mindoro, while "Dumog" is the term more widely used in the Visayas and Mindanao.
BOXING
