Teaching the Filipino Fighting Style of Supreme Grand Master Ciriaco 'Cacoy' Canete
All Instructors are responsible for enforcing the following conditions of use for the gym:
                                      
  1. All instructions issued by any instructor at the gym must be complied with immediately.
  2. No outdoor footwear is permitted on the matted area or in the boxing ring.  Outdoor footwear must be removed and stored under the stair or on the shelves provided prior to entering the main floor area.
  3. If you are using the gym equipment in the weights room or will be doing any exercise that requires lying on the matted area, you must bring your own towel to ensure you do not leave sweat marks on the mats or other equipment.  Towels in the bathroom are for the use of Instructors only, paper towel is provided for hand drying.
  4. All blood spillages must be immediately cleaned up before resuming your training.
  5. All equipment used must be returned to the same place immediately after use. This includes all weight plates, focus mitts, bag mitts, skipping ropes, timers and other equipment.  You must not misuse any of the equipment in this gym.
  6. You must immediately report faulty or damaged equipment to your instructor.
  7. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted in the weights room without adult supervision.
  8. You acknowledge that participation in activities and use of the equipment in this gym involves risk of injury and that you are participating at your own risk.
  9. All class fees must be paid to your instructor on time.  You are not permitted to train if your registration and class fees are not up to date.
  10. Payment for drinks must be made to your instructor.  Drinks may only be taken from the fridge by your instructor.
  11. No student is permitted behind the desk in the office.
  12. No person may enter the gym through the roller door.  Entrance to the gym is through the office only.
DO NOT DROP WEIGHTS ON THE FLOOR
    
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in immediate expulsion for a minimum period of two weeks – no exceptions – repeated violations will result in permanent expulsion.
